By using GolfMint and its services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read this agreement carefully before using the platform.
Eligibility: To register you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid GolfLink number, and agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy. By joining, you confirm your information is accurate.
Account Registration: You are responsible for your login and all activities under your account. Please keep your login info secure. GolfMint has no liability for unauthorized use.
Membership & Billing: GolfMint offers $39/month or $399/year or $499 for founders plans, auto-renewing as described. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Refunds are not provided unless required by law.
GM Points and Rewards: Points are earned by performance, can be used for giveaways or rewards but have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
Usage, Contests, and Property
GolfLink Sync: You authorize GolfMint to access GolfLink data to track your performance and issue GM Points.
Giveaways & Contests: Access is only for active, paying members. Entry and eligibility are governed by posted rules; we reserve the right to verify details and withhold prizes for suspected fraud. Acceptable Use: You may not use GolfMint unlawfully, hack, reverse engineer, impersonate, or falsify data. Violations may cause account loss without refund.
Intellectual Property: All GolfMint content, designs, logos, and systems are protected by law. Do not use or distribute our material without our permission.
Disclaimers and Liability
GolfMint services are provided “as is” we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, or prize outcomes. Use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability: GolfMint is not liable for data loss, profit loss, outages, or third-party misuse.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time; you can also cancel at any time. These Terms are governed by Australian law. Changes may occur.
